Allows dependent children of eligible parents to live permanently in Australia. Subclass 802 is for children in Australia, while Subclass 101 is for those applying from outside.

👶 Child Visa (Subclass 802 & 101)

A parent who fulfils the requirements can sponsor their child’s permanent residency in Australia using a Child Visa — either Subclass 802 (onshore) or Subclass 101 (offshore). If the child is under 18 years, parents can submit the visa application on their behalf.

🏡 If the child is already in Australia, apply for a Subclass 802 visa.
